Return & Exchange

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To start a return, you can contact us at niceonustudio@gmail.com. to ensure the item is eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
•For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on earrings, whether customized or not. Please consider this before making your purchase. If you have any concerns about earrings, feel free to contact us before placing your order.

• Personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.

• Sale items are not eligible for refund.
Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, We understand that mistakes happen, and we are here to assist you. However, please note that replacements cannot be offered in the following situations:

  1. Personalized Errors: If the fault is due to personalized information provided by the customer (e.g., incorrect spelling, address, dates, or details).

  2. Improper Handling: If the item shows signs of damage or wear resulting from improper handling, storage, or care after delivery.
  3. Change of Mind: If the return is requested due to a change of mind or a preference for a different style, color, or size. ( Earrings exclude in this offer). In the event that a replacement for an item is requested, the customer will be responsible for covering the associated shipping fee. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
  4. Failure to Follow Care Instructions: If the product care instructions are not followed, leading to damage or wear.
  5. Damage by Kids: We understand that accidents happen, especially in households with children. However, replacements cannot be offered for items damaged due to kids breaking them. We recommend placing delicate items out of reach of children or supervising their interaction with such items.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
